Here we explain, as clearly as we can, what data we process when you use loviis.com, what for, for how long and what your rights are.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Bildium Development, S.L., with tax ID (CIF) B72909096 and registered address at calle Roger de Flor, 11, 08490 Tordera (Barcelona), Spain. For any question about your data, write to us at david.sagrista@dsgcoach.com.

2. What data we process and why

Downloading the template

Data
Your email and, if you tick it, the news box (with the date and the text you agreed to).
Purpose
To record your download, let you know if we correct or update the template and, only if you tick the box, send you news from Loviis.
Legal basis
Your consent: you give us your email voluntarily to download the template and, separately, by ticking the box, you agree to receive news.
How long
For as long as you're subscribed to the news. If you didn't subscribe, we delete it two years after your last download.

Every news email includes a link to unsubscribe. You can also ask us by writing to david.sagrista@dsgcoach.com. You fill in the template itself on paper: your answers never reach us.

Online rating of your relationship

Data
Your email, your answers (satisfaction and importance of each facet, and your rating of love), your results and the text of the consent you agreed to, with its date.
Purpose
To calculate your results, email you the link to your report and let you come back to it.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent, which you give by ticking a box before you start. We ask for it because one of the answers, the one about the Sexuality facet, concerns your sex life, which the law gives special protection.
How long
One year from your last visit to your results. After that, we delete them.

You access your report through a private link, long and impossible to guess, which we send only to you. That's why the email contains the link and not the report: if someone mistyped their email, their answers wouldn't reach another person. If you tick the news box when you start the test, we subscribe you on the same terms as for the template download.

Your answers are private: no one else sees them. We don't use them to send you advertising, we don't share them with anyone and we don't show them to your partner. Only David Sagristà can see them, and only if you expressly ask him to when you write to him (see below). If there is a couple's report in the future, it will only be created if both of you expressly agree, and you'll be able to undo the link whenever you want.

How the results are calculated. They are calculated automatically with fixed formulas from your answers. We don't use artificial intelligence to interpret them, and we don't make any decision about you with them. They are for guidance only and are not a diagnosis.

To improve the model we may use anonymous, aggregated statistics (for example, the average of a facet across all users). These statistics cannot identify you.

Notice about the Loviis Wheel handbook

Data
Your email (the one from the test) and the date you asked to be notified.
Purpose
To let you know when the handbook is available.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by clicking “Let me know when it's ready”.
How long
Until we notify you or you ask us to stop.

If you write to us or ask to talk to David

Data
Your name, your email, what you tell us in your message and, if you say so, who the session would be for. Only if you tick the box, also the link to your report, so that David Sagristà can see it.
Purpose
To reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare the conversation.
Legal basis
Responding to your request. To share your report, your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the box.
How long
One year from your last message.

Technical data from your visit

Like any website, the server that hosts it records technical data from each visit, such as your IP address and browser, so that the site works and stays secure. We don't use them to identify you or to build profiles.

To count visits we use Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies and only gives us anonymous, aggregated statistics (visits, pages viewed, referring website, country and type of device). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site is useful. More details in the cookie information.

3. Minimum age

Loviis is intended for people over 18. If you are under 18, please don't send us your data.

4. Who we share your data with

We don't sell or share your data. For the site to work, these providers process it on our behalf:

We will only disclose your data to authorities or public bodies when the law requires us to.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Vercel, Neon and Resend are companies based in the United States that may access the data from outside the European Union, for example to provide technical support. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider has joined it, or by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict its processing, ask for a copy to take to another service and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.

Write to us at david.sagrista@dsgcoach.com. We'll reply within one month at most; if the request is complex, we may extend this by two more months and we'll tell you. It's free.

If you think we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the data protection authority of the country where you live.

7. Security

We protect your data with appropriate measures: encrypted connections, access restricted to those who need it and providers with data protection guarantees.

8. Cookies

The site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. We explain it in the cookie information.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version here with its date. If the change is significant, we'll let you know.
