Loviis is the website of the Loviis Wheel, a model of the four dimensions of a relationship created by David Sagristà. Bildium Development, S.L. is the owner of loviis.com.

2. These terms

This notice governs the use of loviis.com. By browsing the site, you accept it. Loviis is intended for people over 18.

3. What Loviis is and isn't

The Loviis Wheel is an educational framework for reflecting on a relationship and making conversation easier. It isn't a diagnosis, a validated psychological test or therapy, and it doesn't replace professional help when you need it. It doesn't predict how long a relationship will last, nor does it recommend continuing or ending it.

If you are experiencing violence or are at risk in your relationship, please ask for help. In Spain you can call 016 (free, and it doesn't appear on your phone bill), and in an emergency, 112 anywhere in the European Union. In other countries, contact your local emergency services.

4. Use of the site

You may use the site and its content for your personal use. You may not:

• use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm Loviis or other people;
• damage, overload or try to access the site or its systems without permission;
• extract its content massively or automatically.

5. Intellectual property

The Loviis Wheel, the texts, graphics, template and other original content of Loviis are protected by the applicable intellectual and industrial property rights, as are the brand and logo.

You may use the template and content for your personal use and with your partner. You may not redistribute them, sell them, publish them as your own or use them for commercial or professional purposes (for example, in consultations, courses or workshops) without written permission. This doesn't limit the uses the law allows, such as quoting extracts with the source.

The icons on the wheel are from Lucide (ISC licence).

6. Links to other websites

If the site links to third-party websites, we do so for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

7. Liability

We work to keep the site running well and without interruptions, but we can't guarantee this at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for damage caused by interruptions, technical errors or the use made of the content.
